At On Call Apparel, we want you to love your purchase!

Returns:

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. After 5 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges up to 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Process:

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
